Plant Health & Seeds Inspector
You will manage a designated geographical area to protect plant health by planning and conducting inspections of imported plants, crops, and horticultural produce. You will work independently or as part of a team, investigating non-compliance, enforcing marketing standards, and engaging with stakeholders and the general public. You will report to a Senior Executive Officer and collaborate with colleagues across the Animal and Plant Health Agency to maintain high plant health standards. This role requires flexible working patterns, including occasional early morning or late evening shifts.

Qualifications
- HND or equivalent in Agriculture, Horticulture, or Biological Science

Nationality requirements
This job is broadly open to UK nationals, Republic of Ireland nationals, Commonwealth citizens with the right to work, EU/EEA/Swiss nationals with settled or pre-settled status, and Turkish nationals under the Ankara Agreement.
