Policy Adviser, Arts Infrastructure
As a Policy Adviser for Arts Infrastructure, you will oversee major cultural capital investment programmes and projects to ensure public funding delivers sustainable and impactful results. You will manage oversight of the Cultural Development Fund, working closely with Arts Council England on project delivery, governance, change requests, and ministerial advice. You will also act as the key policy lead for prominent capital projects including the Octagon Theatre, National Theatre, and Crucible Theatre upgrades. Working within a flexible team, you will support wider arts policy development and collaborate with sector partners to improve access to culture nationwide.

Nationality requirements
