As a Portfolio Manager, you will oversee significant change initiatives to help deliver Defra's strategic objectives and outcomes framework. You will work in a fast-paced team collaborating with various business areas and stakeholders to strengthen portfolio governance, track project interdependencies, and monitor risks. Your day-to-day work involves analyzing complex data to provide insights and reporting that inform resource allocation and prioritization decisions. Additionally, you will provide effective line management and leadership to a team of SEO and HEO grade staff.

Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU/EEA/Swiss and Turkish nationals with the right to work in the UK.

Sifting is likely to occur w/c 2nd November, with interviews likely to take place w/c 16th November. Interviews will last no longer than 60 minutes and may be conducted face to face or by video.
