Principal Project Manager
You will lead a complex portfolio of engineering and operations projects from concept to handover, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality standards. You will provide visible leadership, robust planning, risk management and financial control while guiding teams of project professionals and contractors. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will build relationships, ensure compliance with health, safety and governance, and support the organisation's global mission.
What they're looking for
- Commercial awareness and financial control using Oracle
- Experience in construction, security or infrastructure projects
- Track record of leading design and delivery teams
- Familiarity with health, safety and CDM 2015 standards
- Experience using NEC4, GC works or FIDIC contracts
Qualifications
- Prince 2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, ISEB Certificate, ChPP or equivalent
- Membership of APM, RIBA, RICS, ICE, IStruct E, MCIOB or CIBSE

Candidates will be sifted on technical answers, followed by an interview via MS Teams or face-to-face involving a short presentation.
