Prison Officer - HMP Full Sutton
Prison officers protect the public, help rehabilitate offenders, and maintain safety and security within a high-security prison environment. Working directly with prisoners in varied daily situations, officers act as peacekeepers, counsellors, and mentors while collaborating closely with colleagues across changing shift patterns. The role requires building positive professional relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds who may be experiencing difficult circumstances.
