Prison Officer - HMP Lewes
Prison officers protect the public, maintain safety and security, and help make a positive impact on prisoners' lives within a custodial environment. You will work directly with offenders, building professional relationships, supporting colleagues, and acting as a peacekeeper, mentor, or supervisor. The role involves working various shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends to ensure the establishment operates around the clock. You will work as part of a dedicated team at HM Prison & Probation Service to keep the prison and everyone in it safe.
