Prison Officer - HMP Lincoln Futures
Prison officers protect the public, help rehabilitate offenders, and maintain safety within a unique prison environment. Officers work directly with prisoners in a fast-paced setting where no two shifts are alike, acting as peacekeepers, counsellors, and teachers. Teamwork is essential to support colleagues and keep the establishment safe. This specific scheme requires working at HMP Highpoint for the first twenty-three months before returning permanently to HMP Lincoln.
