Prison Officer - HMP Wealstun
Prison officers protect the public and help make a positive impact on prisoners' lives in a fast-paced and unique environment. You will work directly with offenders, acting as a peacekeeper, counsellor, and teacher while building constructive professional relationships. Teamwork is vital to support colleagues and maintain a safe prison environment for everyone. You will also be required to work various shift patterns that include evenings, nights, and weekends.

Nationality requirements
This job is broadly open to UK nationals, Republic of Ireland nationals, Commonwealth citizens with right to work, EUSS status holders, and qualifying Turkish nationals.
