Probation Officer - Southampton
Probation Officers manage the risk posed by individuals under supervision to protect victims and the general public. Day to day, you will assess offenders, provide reports to courts and partner agencies, and supervise community orders and custodial licences. You will collaborate with various criminal justice services to manage risk and reduce reoffending. The role also involves conducting home or prison visits, delivering accredited programmes, and safeguarding children in line with agency policies.

Qualifications
- Probation Officer qualification
- PQF Honours Degree/Graduate Diploma and Level 5 Diploma in Probation Practice
- Diploma in Probation Studies
- Diploma in Social Work (Probation option)
