Probation Service Officer - HMPYOI Aylesbury, HMP Huntercombe, HMP Woodhill & HMP Grendon & Springhill (South Central)
The probation services officer manages a caseload of medium and lower-risk people on probation before and after sentence, providing assessment, sentence implementation, and offender management. You will work closely with courts, prisons, and other justice agencies to assess risks, write accurate reports, and provide practical support such as housing and employment advice. This challenging role involves working across various settings including prisons and probation delivery units to help keep the public safe and give individuals a chance to change their lives.
