Product Manager
A Product Manager is responsible for facilitating a product team to build and release digital products or features that support HM Revenue and Customs services. This role involves understanding business goals and user needs, defining product scope, and working with multidisciplinary delivery teams and external suppliers. The postholder will gather user insights, maintain a backlog of user stories, and collaborate with designers and researchers to ensure high accessibility standards. Operating within a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate helps shape and enhance vital digital communication channels.
