Project Manager - Housing Estate Planning
You will lead estate planning and property rationalisation for the Ministry of Defence housing estate, identifying surplus properties to maximise value and efficiency. Working closely with accommodation teams and local stakeholders, you will coordinate housing portfolios and develop long-term disposal plans. You will also manage and motivate a high-performing team while providing expert advice to senior leaders across Defence. This role offers an opportunity to shape housing transformation for Service families.
