Rabies and Immunoglobulin Service Vaccine Support Officer - Team Lead
This role involves leading an administrative team within the Rabies and Immunoglobulin Service to support the post-exposure treatment of serious infections. The post holder coordinates orders of specialist immunoglobulins and anti-toxins for the National Health Service, manages mailboxes, and handles phone queries. Day-to-day duties also include line management, database maintenance, producing governance policies, and participating in an on-call rota. The successful candidate works closely with clinical staff, public health colleagues, and external stakeholders.

- Strong communication and line management capabilities
Qualifications
- Degree level or NVQ Level 6 in business administration or management

Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU/EEA/Swiss, and Turkish nationals with appropriate status or right to work.
