Security Risk and Assurance Manager
As a Security Risk and Assurance Manager, you will lead assurance activities, projects, and workstreams across the detention estate to support national safety and compliance priorities. You will manage the excessive disruptive behaviour governance process, provide subject matter expert advice, and analyse intelligence data to produce recommendations for senior leaders. You will work closely with compliance teams, contracted service providers, and operational partners to build effective stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will provide day-to-day direction and coaching to colleagues while conducting independent immigration removal centre assurance reviews.
