Security Training and Development Partner
You will strengthen the operational readiness of the House of Commons by designing and delivering bespoke security training for security officers, managers, the Security Operations Centre, and senior leaders. Working at the heart of UK Parliament, you will translate evolving threats into realistic learning experiences including tabletop scenarios, live exercises, and e-learning. You will collaborate across the Parliamentary Security Department to evaluate learning outcomes, gather feedback, and continuously improve training packages.
