You will lead the design of complex, high-impact transactional services within a growing user-centered design team. You will map user journeys, create interactive prototypes, and ensure digital touchpoints comply with accessibility standards. You will collaborate closely with user researchers, content designers, and software engineers to shape service strategy from discovery to live phases. Additionally, you will provide line management, mentor contract team members, and drive evidence-based design decisions.
