Senior Manager - Capital Projects
This senior role leads and manages the delivery of enabling and infrastructure contracts to support residential-led development projects. Working in the Capital Projects team alongside planning and technical specialists, the postholder provides technical advice, design, commissioning, and contract management for works such as demolitions, highways, drainage, and utilities. The role helps unlock and accelerate housing delivery by reviewing technical documents, managing consultants, and ensuring effective technical quality assurance. The successful candidate will engage with senior stakeholders to ensure commercial and operational impacts are successfully balanced to meet organisational goals.
