Senior Probation Officer - West Berkshire (Full Time Only) - Fixed Term/Loan/Detached Duty
The Senior Probation Officer manages and leads staff within a local operational unit to ensure high standards of practice and team performance. This management role involves overseeing resources, managing staff development and performance, and ensuring that offender managers meet public protection standards and targets. The post holder works closely with internal teams, partner organisations, and key stakeholders to deliver organizational aims and contribute to multi-agency safeguarding arrangements.

Qualifications
- Probation Qualification Framework Graduate Diploma or Honours Degree
