Synergy HR Project Manager
This role involves developing and leading effective projects across the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs group human resources in preparation for the Synergy programme. You will work with diverse project teams and stakeholders to implement a new technology platform, business process service contract, and shared service organisation. The position supports a major cross-departmental change initiative affecting over 250,000 civil servants. Day to day, you will manage project plans, budgets, risks, and benefits while ensuring successful delivery to time, cost, and quality measures.
