Victim Liaison Officer - Yorkshire and The Humber Probation Service - Public Protection
The job holder works with victims of crime and their families who are participating in the statutory Probation Service Victim Contact Scheme or Victim Notification Scheme. They liaise with victims to provide information about significant developments during an offender's sentence and enable them to participate by making representations for risk management. The role involves assessing risks and needs, visiting locations, safeguarding children and adults, and collaborating with criminal justice agencies and partner organisations. The successful candidate works within public protection and probation policies to support victims while considering offender management.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English and Maths
