Workplace Services Manager
The Workplace Services Manager coordinates the delivery of high-quality customer services, business support, and accommodation activities for a cluster of sites within an area or hub. The role involves managing contract delivery and commercial compliance, building strong stakeholder relationships with clients and suppliers, and leading teams to ensure service standards and value for money. Working closely with senior leaders, the post holder supports workplace transformation programmes, manages change initiatives, and utilizes data to drive continuous improvement. The position is part of the Workplace Service Delivery Team within the Government Property Agency.

- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at all levels
- Proven track record of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Line management experience of leading small teams
Qualifications
- IWFM qualified or willing to work towards
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU/EEA/Swiss (with EUSS status), and Turkish nationals with the right to work.
Selection process
