Acas Adviser (Newcastle)
This role involves working on the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (Acas) helpline, providing impartial employment law advice to the public and employers. Postholders will decipher complex information, handle difficult conversations, and guide callers towards effective resolutions for workplace issues. They will collaborate with colleagues and take part in a comprehensive training programme to deliver high standards of customer service. The position is part of a telephone-based advice service helping to prevent and resolve disputes across Great Britain.

Nationality requirements
