Acas Adviser
Advisers work on a fast-paced telephone advice service helping customers who have encountered problems at work, ranging from experienced professionals to vulnerable workers. The role involves delivering impartial employment law advice, deciphering complex information, managing conflict, and promoting early dispute resolution. Advisers work collaboratively within Acas to provide guidance, manage customer inquiries, and contribute to point-of-demand public services.

Nationality requirements
This job is broadly open to UK nationals, nationals of the Republic of Ireland, Commonwealth citizens, EU/EEA/Swiss/Turkish nationals with relevant status.
Selection process
Interviews will take place via MS Teams, likely week commencing 16 November or 23 November, and will include a strength and experience interview with an exercise.
