The job holder works as part of a team providing 24-hour cover, security, and monitoring services at an Approved Premises for people on probation. Day-to-day duties include supporting residents' well-being, managing risk, monitoring behaviour and compliance with rules, and collaborating with colleagues, Offender Managers, and partner agencies such as the police and health professionals. The role requires conducting regular building inspections, monitoring CCTV, handling medication and drug testing, and maintaining safety and security throughout shifts. This position involves substantial out-of-work hours, including waking night duty, weekend work, and potential cover at other locations.
