The job holder works as part of a team providing 24-hour cover at an Approved Premises, offering security and monitoring services. They undertake a full range of work with residents to support risk management and sentence plan objectives, maintaining discipline and safety. Responsibilities include building inspections, monitoring CCTV, managing behaviour, administering medication, and conducting room searches. This post involves substantial out of hours work, including waking night duty and weekend work.
