Asset Management Surveyor
The Asset Management Surveyor leads activities that support the effective management of the HM Courts and Tribunals Service operational property portfolio. The role involves working closely with Principal Asset Managers, operational colleagues, landlords, and agents to handle freehold and leasehold assets, property transactions, and estate optimisation initiatives. Responsibilities include providing property advice, maintaining accurate estate records, managing governance requirements, and contributing to asset performance reporting. The successful candidate helps ensure the estate remains fit for purpose and supports the delivery of justice services.

Qualifications
- RICS (Associate, MRICS) or equivalent professional experience
