Band 3 Nuclear Safety Inspector - Leadership and Management for Safety / Licensing
This role involves regulating nuclear safety by advising and guiding licensees to maintain organisational capability and a positive safety culture. Inspectors assess safety submissions, manage intervention projects, and conduct planned and reactive inspections across various nuclear facilities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to guide prospective licensees through legal requirements and licensing processes. Additionally, the position offers opportunities to lead research projects, mentor new inspectors, and contribute to national security and environmental decarbonisation.
