Assistant Head Finance Systems, Change and Management Information
The Assistant Head of Finance Systems, Change and Management Information leads and implements transformation across the finance function for the Defence Housing Service within the Ministry of Defence. The role involves managing key interfaces with wider defence organisations to drive continuous improvement, standardise ways of working, and improve reporting and customer service. Working closely with the Finance Director, the postholder defines financial requirements, supports digital solutions, and leads finance input into the Future Systems Programme. Responsibilities also include managing management information, ensuring data integrity, and leading team members to achieve high performance through coaching and development.
