Business Capability Development Analyst
This role involves shaping how the Borders and Trade department understands, improves, and invests in its customs services by using data, evidence, and structured analysis. You will work closely with senior leaders and collaborate across policy, operations, change, digital, data, and architecture teams to turn complex challenges into clear choices and practical recommendations. Day to day, you will analyse services end to end, identify areas for change, map processes, and produce clear visual products and reports to support decision making. You will help drive modern, customer-focused solutions that ensure goods move efficiently while maintaining border security and compliance.

- Experience using evidence and manipulating data to develop insights and options
- Experience mapping or describing services, processes, or operating models
- Ability to identify impacts and trade-offs across people, process, and technology
- Experience working with stakeholders to test assumptions and influence decisions
