Business Analyst
Business analysts in the Department for Business and Trade help design and deliver digital services by investigating user needs and solving complex business problems. You will work within agile, multidisciplinary teams alongside product managers, service owners, and technical specialists to define requirements and map out processes. Your day-to-day work involves bridging the gap between user needs and organisational strategy to ensure services are accessible, inclusive, and fit for purpose. You will also help build and support a diverse community of business analysis professionals across the organisation.

- Experience conducting business analysis in a digital environment
- Skilled in defining, documenting, and prioritising requirements
- Ability to model complex business processes and system analysis
- Strong stakeholder relationship management and communication skills
- Experience contributing to communities of practice is desirable
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with the relevant right to work or EUSS status.
Selection process
Sift will be from week commencing 5th October. Interviews will be from week commencing 19th October.
