Business Manager
Business Managers lead the day-to-day operations of business management teams within the Government Legal Department, supporting legal teams that advise government departments on a wide range of subjects. They act as relationship managers with clients and colleagues, overseeing operational delivery, managing staff, and driving continuous improvement. The role involves working closely with heads of business management, directors, and legal professionals to ensure smooth and efficient team performance. Successful candidates will handle a fast-paced and varied workload while participating in wider corporate activities across the department.
