This role involves overseeing the operational delivery of the Innovate UK Business Growth Team and managing data as a strategic asset. The postholder will work closely with senior colleagues, internal stakeholders, and external partners to manage data collection, CRM development, reporting processes, and external evaluations. Responsibilities also include leading a small team of performance managers and data analysts while driving continuous service improvements. The position is offered as maternity cover within a dynamic and collaborative innovation environment.
