Business Survey Quality Officer
As a Business Survey Quality Officer, you will manage survey responses from businesses across the UK to ensure official statistics are accurate and reliable. You will investigate unusual or incomplete data, contact businesses by phone and email to resolve queries, and record your findings on office systems. You will work closely with internal teams and external business owners, supported by structured training and induction. This entry-level role helps build the foundational data that shapes public understanding of the UK economy.

Selection process
Sift starts on 20th October and interviews begin on 4th November in person. The process includes a numerical test, application statement, and interview with a practical exercise.
