Case Administrator - Programmes
Case administrators play a vital support role in probation teams by helping to keep the public safe and giving individuals a chance to turn their lives around. You will work in a busy environment alongside probation staff, handling enquiries from colleagues, agencies, and people on probation. Day to day, you will ensure processes run efficiently, systems are maintained properly, and probation information is collated and prepared for case files. This varied role offers the opportunity to gain new skills and build a rewarding career within the Probation Service.
