Case Administrator - Resettle
This role involves working as a case administrator within a multi-agency team to support high-risk individuals with complex needs upon their release from prison. You will work closely with colleagues from health, probation, and police services to ensure processes run efficiently and information is accurately recorded. Day to day, you will handle enquiries from colleagues, agencies, and people on probation in a busy environment while maintaining case systems. The position provides an opportunity to help keep the public safe and give people the chance to turn their lives around.
