Caseworker - Bristol - Legal Aid Agency
Administration Officers at the Legal Aid Agency process applications for legal aid and assess claims for payments in accordance with regulations and guidance. Working as part of a team, you will manage your own time while helping to achieve operational, performance, and service standards within your work area. You will make accurate decisions on applications and payments, and deal effectively and professionally with written and verbal enquiries from customers. You will interact regularly with solicitors, legal aid clients, and colleagues across the agency and the Ministry of Justice.
