Caseworker - South Tyneside - Legal Aid Agency
You will process applications for legal aid and assess claims for payments made by solicitors and barristers in accordance with official rules and guidance. Working as part of a team, you will manage your own time to achieve performance standards while handling written and verbal enquiries from customers and legal professionals. You will interact regularly with colleagues across the Legal Aid Agency and the Ministry of Justice to ensure accurate data is recorded on case management systems. The role provides full on-the-job training and ongoing support to help you build a career within the justice system.

Nationality requirements

Selection process
