Caseworker
As a Caseworker within the Complaints and Correspondence team, you will undertake a variety of work supporting families through their complaint journey and promoting engagement across mixed stakeholders. You will manage your own caseload while interacting with families and their representatives, and collaborate with colleagues to look up information reflecting key messages. This role ensures an independent voice for children in family courts and helps provide a safe space supporting diverse backgrounds. You will work within a team that empowers colleagues to be the voice of children when critical decisions are made.

Nationality requirements
This job is broadly open to UK nationals, Republic of Ireland nationals, Commonwealth citizens with work rights, EU/EEA/Swiss/Norwegian/Icelandic/Liechtenstein family members with EUSS status, and qualifying Turkish nationals.
