Professional Standards Triage and Caseworker Officer
The Triage and Casework Officer acts as the initial point of contact for referrals and enquiries within the Professional Standards Unit, supporting the Department for Work and Pensions counter fraud response. You will triage referrals, manage shared mailboxes, organise electronic case files, and assign cases to relevant units while ensuring thorough documentation. The role involves collaborating with colleagues to develop internal procedures, attending investigation meetings to take impartial notes, and serving as a single point of contact for disclosure queries. Additionally, you will monitor case progression, participate in stakeholder meetings, and contribute to educational materials concerning professional standards.

Nationality requirements
