Caterer
The job holder will work as a caterer to deliver food services to prisoners within the establishment, operating equipment safely and securely. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking food, managing stock, ordering supplies, and catering for specialist diets while reducing waste. The role also involves working alongside prisoners in the kitchen, maintaining security, and ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations. Additionally, the post holder will handle food deliveries, coordinate resources, and complete necessary daily monitoring records.
