CATS Evaluation Panel Non-Executive Adviser
As a member of the CATS Evaluation Panel, you will provide independent and impartial advice to Forestry and Land Scotland on Asset Transfer Requests. You will review complex proposals, engage in panel discussions, and assess applications against the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015. You will also undertake occasional site visits and offer specific expertise in renewable energy and onshore wind proposals. This role involves working collaboratively as part of a panel to support strategic decision-making by the Chief Executive.
