Senior Adviser, Performance and Planning
You will act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders and shape how the organization measures, demonstrates, and improves performance. You will develop key performance indicators, benefits realisation approaches, and governance reporting that enable informed decision-making across the agency. Working collaboratively with heads of service, the executive committee, and project teams, you will embed performance management frameworks and provide strategic insights. This visible role combines strategic thinking with operational delivery to support the delivery of corporate objectives.

Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Republic of Ireland, Commonwealth, EU/EEA, and Turkish nationals with the relevant right to work or EUSS status.
Selection process
Interviews (1st stage) will take place the week commencing 12 October and are expected to be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams.
