Clerk of Works - South West
You will provide on-site quality assurance across construction, refurbishment, and maintenance projects for the Ministry of Defence estate. Working closely with regional delivery teams and industry partners, you will inspect works, ensure compliance with technical and safety standards, and report issues like defects or non-compliance. This rewarding role helps deliver safe, high-quality outcomes and ensures public funds achieve value for money. Regular travel to project sites is required alongside collaboration with key stakeholders.

- Technical understanding of the UK development and building industry
- Experience in quality control, snagging and ensuring work meets specification
- Demonstrable experience in construction, site inspection or building control
- HNC or HND in Construction Management, Building surveying or Civil Engineering
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
