Clyde Transformation Director
The Clyde Transformation Director leads the client-side delivery system for a multi-billion pound programme to transform His Majesty’s Naval Base Clyde. The role connects strategy, investment, governance, and execution across the Ministry of Defence, the Royal Navy, delivery partners, and regulators. The postholder balances pace with nuclear safety, security, and assurance while sustaining continuous operations on a high-security military site. Working closely with the Senior Responsible Owner, the director builds client capability and drives performance across major infrastructure and organisational change.

- Degree or equivalent in engineering, infrastructure, nuclear or related
- Track record leading interdependent, multi-billion pound programmes
- Experience designing and running client-side delivery organisations
- Senior leadership in safety-critical or high-security environments
- Expertise in shaping commercial models and integrating supply chains
