Armed Forces Commissioner Director
The Director will establish and lead the new Armed Forces Commissioner’s office, guiding the organisation through significant transformation as the Service Complaints Ombudsman for the Armed Forces transitions into the broader structure. The role provides operational leadership across investigations, reporting, and corporate functions while maintaining independence and rigour. The successful candidate will work closely with the Commissioner, Ministers, and external stakeholders to shape defence policy, improve service life, and ensure strong financial management.
