Community Payback Supervisor - Outcome in a Day - Cardiff and Vale (Wales)
Community Payback Supervisors lead small teams of people on probation to complete unpaid work projects such as landscaping, painting, and construction, helping them gain skills and make amends to the public. You will work outdoors and on-site to supervise daily tasks, manage equipment, and drive service vehicles while ensuring safety and supporting rehabilitation. This is a hands-on, people-focused operational role working alongside diverse individuals in local communities. You will collaborate closely with people on probation, internal departments, and partner organisations to deliver visible improvements.
What they're looking for
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Confidence to lead, motivate and supervise groups
- Basic IT skills for communication and reporting
- Practical skills or a trade such as gardening or DIY
Qualifications
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
