Community Payback Supervisor - Outcome in a Day - Cwm Taf Morgannwg (Wales)
You will lead and supervise small teams of people completing unpaid work sentences on various community and practical projects. Your day involves directing hands-on tasks like landscaping, painting, or maintenance while motivating individuals to build skills and support their rehabilitation. You will drive service vehicles to transport teams and equipment while ensuring safety and basic communication standards are met. You will work closely with people on probation, partner organisations, and internal colleagues in a varied, active role.
