Community Payback Supervisor - Outcome in a Day - Gwent (Wales)
Community Payback Supervisors directly manage and support groups of people completing unpaid work sentences in local communities. You will lead hands-on projects such as landscaping, painting, and maintenance while helping participants gain useful skills and rebuild their futures. The role requires working outdoors and indoors across various community sites, coordinating with partner organisations, and driving service vehicles. You will work closely with people from diverse backgrounds to deliver visible improvements and promote rehabilitation.
