Community Payback Supervisor - Wrexham / Flintshire (Wales)
As a Community Payback Supervisor, you will lead and support small teams of individuals completing unpaid work sentences on various outdoor and indoor community projects. You will work directly with people on probation to help them build practical skills, regain a sense of purpose, and contribute to local improvements like landscaping and property maintenance. You will also drive service vehicles, manage day-to-day site safety, and use basic IT systems to communicate with internal teams and partner organisations. This is a hands-on, people-focused role designed to aid rehabilitation and strengthen local communities.
