Configuration Manager
The Configuration Manager ensures all key information assets, products, and documents for the Census 2031 project are identified, controlled, tracked, and securely stored. They lead configuration management processes, set standards, and provide expert advice to senior stakeholders across complex programmes. The role involves managing digital repositories, conducting audits, and ensuring alignment with data protection and information security policies. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and partner organisations, they use data analytics to maintain project integrity and support decision-making.

- Experience of governance, change control or configuration
- Strong document management and version control discipline
- Understanding of RAID management and dependencies
- Ability to influence without direct authority
Qualifications
- APM Project Management Qualification
- PRINCE2 Practitioner
- Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner

This job is broadly open to UK nationals, Republic of Ireland, Commonwealth nationals, EU/EEA/Swiss/Turkish nationals with relevant settled or pre-settled status.
